Liverpool, Chester, London, Windsor, Brighton, Berlin, Frankfurt – To name only a few places I have visited over spring break. Luckily the weather was really good for the most part so I managed to convince my friends that it actually doesn’t always rain in England!
I have been to Berlin and Frankfurt numerous times so I always enjoy being back and seeing what has changed since my last visit. My favourite destination was Windsor castle since I’m a big fan of castles in general and was quite impressed by the size of the estate.
The exam timetable came up and once again I didn’t get lucky as three of my four exams are within a period of 5 days so once I have handed in all of my essays I will start revising for my modules.
We have weekly seminars for Towards 2050 and each seminar a different group has to present the relevant reading and lead a discussion about it afterwards. We had to give our presentation on the impact of technology on employment just before spring break started and although we didn’t get our grade yet we thought it went rather well. The presentation counts 15 % of the final grade.
This month we also found out that our graduation will be held on July 10th. If you have been reading my blog you probably know that I really like countdowns but this time I have decided not to count down the days to this event. On one hand I’m really looking forward to the graduation ceremony and finishing my undergraduate degree, but on the other hand this means my time at Manchester Business School is coming to an end.
