- You - we start by looking at who you are and what you have to offer the employment market.
- Research - on the Full-time MBA we provide information sessions, club events and meetings with alumni to help you understand your target market(s) and role(s).
- Personal branding - as you develop your CVs, cover letters, online presence, elevator pitch and other personal branding elements we work with you to help put you in a strong position to move forward following your Full-time MBA.
- Planning and strategy - we'll look at where you want to go and what you want from your post-MBA career and help you to map out your application strategy to help you achieve the best possible outcome.

You can also exhibit your entrepreneur skills through innovative competitions held at the university, such as:
The Gold MBA Mentoring Programme is an innovative mentoring scheme that puts MBA students in touch with senior industry professionals who are also Manchester alumni.
Launched in September 2001, the programme is offered to Full-time MBA students during their first year of studies. After meeting with your mentor, you'll agree a preferred method and frequency of contact.
Throughout the programme, you'll benefit from your mentor's coaching and insights, while giving them an opportunity to expand their business network and maintain links with the school.
Often, MBA students continue professional relationships with their mentors long after the programme ends - giving them connections for life.
