The format allows participants to become immersed in new ideas and approaches, with minimal disruption to their day-to-day roles and will equip them with the skills and tools to effectively deliver what is needed for a culture of continuous improvement within an organisation. It enables delegates to understand what their customers really value and get the people around them engaged in making positive change happen every day.
Designed to reflect and embrace the way people learn best, the Continuous Improvement Programme provides a series of short informative sessions, practical group work, and one-to-one coaching in order to help those taking part focus on applying their learning to their organisation’s challenges.

The programme works at three levels:
The essentials programme is a short, four-day, standalone training course that covers the basic elements of Continuous Improvement. The standard content is tried and tested and ideal for anyone wanting to get an introduction with foundation level knowledge and skills.
The flexible two-month programme allows a partially customised approach. Elements from the full programme that best support your needs are identified and worked into three 2-day residential blocks. As with the full programme each block features focused intense and participative activities and can be followed up by interblocks to allow everyone to reflect on what they have learned. The whole programme can also be underpinned by one to one coaching to help everyone get the most from their time on it.
The full five-month fully customised programme consists of four, 3-day residential blocks which can be adapted to support your exact organisational development needs.
