Alliance Manchester Business School and BT have launched a new joint programme focused on delivering an innovative approach to learning and development in the workplace. The Continuous Improvement Programme has been developed in a unique collaboration which brings together BT’s proven operational experience of delivering enterprise-wide transformation, with Alliance Manchester Business School’s academic insight.
It has been designed to allow participants to become immersed in new ideas and approaches, with minimal disruption to their day-to-day roles and will equip them with the skills to effectively understand what is needed to develop a culture of continuous improvement within an organisation. It enables delegates to understand what their customers really value and get people engaged in making positive change happen every day.
Designed to reflect and embrace the way people learn best, the Continuous Improvement Programme will deliver a series of short informative sessions, practical group work, and one-to-one coaching in order to help those enrolled to focus on applying their learnings to their organisation.
A combination of personalities and leadership styles will provide professionals with a learning environment which is truly collective – providing a rare opportunity to gain insight and support from some of the brightest minds in business from a wide range of industries, sectors and backgrounds.
