Leah Donlan wins prestigious award with her Outstanding Paper

Leah Donlan, Lecturer in Marketing at Manchester Business School, has had huge success with her paper, An empirical assessment of factors affecting the brand-building effectiveness of sponsorship.

The paper has won the prestigious place of Outstanding Paper in the 2015 Emerald Literati Network Awards for Excellence, published in Sport, Business & Management: An International Journal.

The award-winning paper assesses two different live sponsorship environments – athletics and cricket – and explores the contribution of sports sponsorship to consumer-based brand equity.
