The in-depth research that was launched at an event in London recently.

The research was conducted with representatives from four organisations, Northumbrian Water, Wherry Housing Association, Interserve Construction and JPCS, to determine how they are achieving excellent business practice around the following themes:

  • Leading with Vision, Inspiration and Integrity
  • Adding Value for Customers
  • Succeeding Through the Talent of People
  • Managing Processes with Agility

The resulting report, with volumes published throughout 2015, gives essential insights into approaches that can help organisations to excel.
