Undergraduate tuition fees
UK students
Tuition fees for home students commencing their studies in September 2026 will be £9,535 per year (subject to parliamentary approval).
International students
Tuition fees for international students starting in September 2026 will be £33,100 per annum and fixed for the course duration. The BSc Information Technology for Business Management course will have a tuition fee of £35,200 per annum and will be fixed for the course duration.
Additional year
You will get a significant fee discount if your course includes a work placement or study abroad. Home students currently pay £1,905 for a full year work placement and £1,350 for a full year studying abroad for 2026.
International students also get a fee discount if the course includes a work placement or study abroad. You will pay 20% of the standard international fee.
Cash award
If students choose to do an additional year of study, whether that’s study abroad or work placement, students may be eligible for a cash award.

Scholarships and bursaries
The University is committed to supporting eligible UK students from low-income households and provides a range of financial support packages.
In addition to these awards, we will award the following scholarships and bursaries to incoming Alliance Manchester Business School students.
Global Futures Scholarships
Value: £10,000 per year (up to 3 years) *
The University is proud to offer awards totalling more than £6 million to international students starting their studies in September 2026.
*Subject to achieving 60% grade per year at UoM.
Social Responsibility Scholarship
Value: £2,000 per year across 3 years of study (For BSc Business Accounting students, £1,500 per year across 4 years)
Deadline for applications: 18 September 2026.
Eligibility criteria
We'll award scholarships to UK students achieving AAA at A-level (or equivalent qualification) who are able to demonstrate a significant contribution and commitment to social responsibility.
Successful applicants will be identified via both:
- academic performance and;
 - a written application.
 
Applicants who exceed AAA and/or have supplementary qualifications (such as EPQ) will receive additional consideration. Your written application should consist of two parts with about 1,000 words for each part.
In the first part, please outline your previous personal social responsibility (SR) involvement in, for example, community-based projects, volunteering opportunities and/or fundraising activities, and explain how they are linked to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
In the second part, please explain how you could further develop yourself and help develop other students in the school and university to become socially responsible graduates (please also include your understanding of the key attributes of “socially responsible graduates”).
The winners of this prestigious scholarship will be assigned a mentor from the AMBS Social Responsibility committee to help with their SR initiatives, involvement and development during their undergraduate studies at AMBS. They will be encouraged to become an AMBS Social Responsibility Student Champion and will be invited to meet the full SR committee once a year.

BSc (Hons) Business Accounting Scholarship
Upon passing their first year of this prestigious programme, all students will be awarded a scholarship in years 2, 3 and 4. This scholarship is worth £7,450 in total (students will receive £2,483 per year). UK/EU and international students will be awarded the same scholarship amount.
BSc (Hons) Business Accounting Bursary
If you meet the bursary eligibility criteria and join the BSc (Hons) Business Accounting 'Flying Start' programme in 2026, a £10,000 bursary will be awarded to you, split across the four years of the degree. The bursary offers a unique opportunity for 10 individuals to receive support in their educational journey.
