In early March 2020, prior to social distancing measures being introduced in the UK, the fantastic team from Fujitsu UK spent the day at Alliance MBS with our first year students running a mock assessment centre. Fujitsu’s collaborative partnership with Alliance MBS is part of the crucial collaboration of academia and industry, and it delivers unique and invaluable opportunities for ITMB students.
The team from Fujitsu shared their thoughts on the day:
“Exciting day with Alliance Manchester Business School running mock assessment centre with Fujitsu, great energy and teamwork.”
- Andy Seferta, Head of Ecosystem and Analyst Engagement, Digital Technology Services, Fujitsu
“Great day - and my first time - at Alliance Manchester Business School. Enjoyed spending a couple of hours there, with their first-year ITMB students, to give them a chance to experience a simulation assessment centre. Valuable for them to get a taste of this early and understand employability, and a fun experience for me - always a pleasure to spend some time with the next generation.”
- Zara Brooke, Talent Management Consultant, Fujitsu UK
“Great to meet so many promising students.”
- Myfanwy Edwards, IT Consultant, Fujitsu Services
Dr Ali Owrak, Programme Director for ITMB also added that he was “always grateful to the fantastic team at Fujitsu for their continued support in developing and championing our ITMB students”
