Appointment to the AMBS Advisory Board
We are delighted to announce that Nicola Pearson has been appointed to the Alliance Manchester Business School (AMBS) Advisory Board. Nicola is the Director of Corporate Affairs at British Airways.
On her appointment, Nicola said: “I’m delighted to be joining the AMBS Advisory Board. The School has an impressive reputation for equipping today’s leaders with the ever-changing skills they require, transformative teaching, and connecting academic insight with real‑world practice. I’m looking forward to contributing a corporate affairs, industry and commercial perspective, and getting stuck into supporting the School’s continued focus on relevance, impact and leadership.”
Career history
Nicola has worked with British Airways for 14 years and oversees a large team of communications colleagues across London, New York, Delhi and Beijing. She also acts as a trusted advisor to the CEO and Executive Board.
Prior to this, Nicola had a distinguished career at BBC News which underscores her exceptional storytelling and executive acumen.
Advisory Board
The AMBS Advisory Board, which is chaired by Kenneth Lever, advises the School's leadership team on the development of the School's strategy. It supports with the development of corporate, institutional and governmental links and offers an external perspective on the School's products and services.
