Eimear Maguire

Eimear Maguire is the Co-Founder and Director of Maguire Family Law, a distinguished boutique family law practice established in 2010. Based in Cheshire and serving clients nationally and internationally, the firm specialises in -

  • Divorce
  • Financial settlements
  • Child arrangements
  • Complex international family law matters

Earning a Tier 1 ranking by the Legal 500 for its expertise in high net worth and cross-border cases.

Originally from Ireland Eimear has resided in the UK since 1987. She trained and qualified as a Registered Adult Nurse in Nottingham, practicing from 1994 to 2010, before making a bold transition into the legal sector.

As a non-legal Director, Eimear brings a unique perspective to the strategic growth and operations of Maguire Family Law, overseeing its expansion from a single office in Cheadle to multiple locations across Manchester and Cheshire.

Her leadership has been instrumental in the firm’s development, fostering a client-centric approach and earning widespread recognition, including nominations for ‘Family Team of the Year’ at the Manchester Law Society Awards and ‘Team of the Year’ at the North East Cheshire Business Awards in 2018.

Eimear’s commitment to community and corporate responsibility is evident in her involvement in charitable initiatives, reflecting her dedication to supporting both clients and the broader community.
