This month we will hear from Sheni Ravji-Smith, Head of System OD, Leadership & Wellbeing working across the whole public service system in Greater Manchester, based at NHS GM Integrated Care.

Sheni Ravji-Smith

Sheni is a mentor and coach, and a trustee for a growing multi-academy trust. Most recently she was a part of the set up and delivery team for the NHS Nightingale NW field hospital based in Manchester during the pandemic response, and is leading on the Wellbeing and Inclusion system developments in Greater Manchester.
 
Focused on what makes good work, and how our workplace cultures are vital to nurture people to be their best, Sheni comes with an experienced portfolio of working across culture and leadership programmes from health, local authorities, emergency services, young people, VCSE, Creative Digital, and the cultural sector and creative industries. This includes developing leadership, wellbeing and inclusion programmes, complex partnership and system working, talent development pipelines, organisation design and skills development, culture and change programmes through organisations, communities, cultural organisations, festivals and education programmes. Sheni has worked with GMCA, GMFRS, SharpFutures, Manchester International Festival, Manchester City Council, the Cultural Olympiad We Play Expo, Curious Minds, Tate Liverpool and GMMAZ / Brighter Sound.

Sheni sits on various boards and advisory groups, has a parallel career in cultural and creative production, and is a Short Clore Leadership & Creative Leadership Programme Peach alumni.
