Liran Kessler MA FCIPD

Liran Kessler MA FCIPD is a Group Board Member and Director of Human Resources at the 2M Group of Companies, an international Life and Material Sciences group, headquartered in the UK and with a global presence. Alongside these roles, she is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD and a doctoral researcher at Warwick Business School, focusing on leadership and inclusive organisational design.

Liran is the founder of several award-winning talent development programmes, including the 2M Academy, which provides learning, growth and development opportunities for colleagues at every life and career stage — from high-school placements and early careers through to senior leadership and retirement transition.

She also founded 2M STEM, aimed at increasing access to science and industry careers for young people, and the women’s leadership programme HigHer, which she built in collaboration with Claire-Marie, to support the progression of women into C-suite and board roles across the life and material sciences sectors.

Her work has been recognised nationally, including being shortlisted on the UK Northern Power Women list for Transformational Leaders.

A strong advocate for gender balance in senior leadership, Liran has spent over a decade exploring the organisational structures that enable working parents and women to thrive.

This event will be hosted by MBA alumna Claire-Marie Boggiano, Lurig Change & Development.
