We will hear from Liran Maller, Group HR Director & PR Director of 2M Group.
Liran is the Group Director of HR and PR for the 2M Holdings Group, a portfolio of Life Science companies headquartered in the UK and with an international presence in Benelux, Brazil, China, France, Germany, Ireland, Poland and Scandinavia.
Liran founded the award winning 2M STEM programme in 2016 to increase access to STEM careers for people of all backgrounds and ages. She is a passionate advocate for making the workplace work for everyone, through flexible working policies, wellbeing initiatives and talent management. Liran also founded the 2M Academy and 2M Future Leaders’ programme, to increase access to training for all staff.
