We will hear from Sarah David BA(Law), MBA fro Thrive Consulting Collaborative.

Sarah’s business, Thrive, works with organisations to clarify strategy and purpose, build and enhance leadership skills, and nurture and shape positive culture, in a world where there is no “business as usual”. Sarah has built this career having started her working life as a lawyer and latterly holding senior executive level roles in a range of businesses including as Executive Director at Linklaters, and at Whitehead Mann Korn Ferry, as COO and Co-Head of the Anglo French Leadership Consulting Practice.

Sarah runs Thrive as a social business, using her background in various roles in the charity sector, including as CEO of a not for profit autism school. She is heavily involved in a new Pankhurst Trust initiative, Queen Bee Coaching, and is a member of the UK Social Mobility Awards judging panel. She is a voracious reader, an intermittent writer, a sometimes too passive activist and has two boys who are bemused by their mother’s love of sport.
