Join us for this interactive webinar with Professor Elinor O'Connor.

Please note, this session is an online version of our recent Executive Education Insight Series breakfast event originally delivered in May 2026.

In today's evolving workplace where industries are reinventing themselves and new technologies redefine how we work, leaders are challenged to respond with agility, empathy, and innovation.

This interactive webinar with Elinor O'Connor explores what it really means to lead effectively through balancing personal well-being, supporting others, and navigating constant change.

What the session will explore

This session will touch on three key aspects of leadership:

Leadership and well-being at work
Explore the dual responsibility leaders face in managing their own stress while supporting the well-being of others, and how leadership style shapes a healthy workplace culture.

The myth of the 'perfect' leader
Understand why there is no single blueprint for effective leadership, and how recognising your strengths and limitations can enable a more collaborative, distributive approach.

Leading in an ever-changing world of work
Consider how trends such as hybrid working, shifting workforce demographics, and AI are reshaping leadership, and what this means for today's leaders.
