Strategic Project Leadership in Action - Online
Gain a fresh perspective on how leadership drives strategic change in complex project environments.
In this interactive session, Dr Eunice Maytorena-Sanchez will introduce the concept of ‘projecting'.
Please note, this session is an online version of our recent Executive Education Insight Series breakfast event originally delivered in October 2025.
Projecting is the process by which we transform our organisations and create new opportunities for the future.
Drawing on her research, Eunice will present the Three Domains Model for strategic project organising, which looks beyond the temporary project team to explore its interfaces with permanent organisations and suppliers.
At the heart of this model lies leadership, specifically the capabilities that enable projects to drive strategic success. Those who attend will leave with a holistic perspective on how to lead projects that deliver lasting impact.
The session will cover:
- The concept of ‘projecting’ and how it shapes organisational transformation
- An introduction to the Three Domains Model for strategic project organising
- How projects interface with permanent organisations and suppliers
- The Project Leadership Model and key leadership capabilities for delivering impact
- A introduction to our Leading Major Projects course
During the session, you'll also have the opportunity to network with fellow alumni and senior leaders from a variety of industries, as well as finding out more about AMBS's portfolio of professional development courses, including our project leadership course, Leading Major Projects.
