Refine your digital marketing for better results
Digital marketing is often described as an efficient use of resources, with almost instant responses and measurable outcomes – but how do we really know that the metrics we measure are helping to achieve our goals, and are we actually tracking the right things?
In this session, we'll be joined by Dr Dawn Holmes, Assistant Professor of Marketing at AMBS, who will discuss some of the common metrics used in digital marketing.
What you'll learn
We'll look at how to improve the outcomes from marketing activities by focusing on different goals throughout the customer journey - rather than concentrating on the easy numbers.
We'll also explore:
- Different media and goals to prioritise throughout the customer journey
- The metrics to measure for different forms of media
- The metrics to focus on for different goals
- Strategies to improve digital marketing metrics through experimentation.
The event will be facilitated by Kieran MacCourt, Head of Client Relations at AMBS. The session aims to bring the AMBS Alumni and Executive Education communities together.
