To celebrate International Women's Day this year, we asked members of our Alliance Manchester Business School community to tell us what #InspireInclusion means to them, and how they're promoting inclusion through their work and research.
Sarah Featherstone, Head of Operations at AMBS said, "For me, inspiring inclusion means championing women's journey into leadership, through mentoring aspiring female leaders or prioritising time for active career conversations."
Thais Valderrama, MBA student at AMBS said: "I strongly believe that innovation comes when you feel comfortable to share your thoughts and you feel secure."
