Yvonne is a dynamic senior leader and accomplished place‑making professional with over 20 years’ experience across the public and charity sectors. She plays a pivotal role on boards and charitable organisations, championing inclusivity, community well‑being, and equitable access to services.

As Head of Leisure, Events, and Contracts at Manchester City Council, Yvonne leads the development and delivery of ambitious investment and activation programmes that elevate Manchester on the global stage.

Her work enhances the city’s profile, enriches its cultural and sporting landscape, and drives improved outcomes for residents. She oversees commissioned leisure services, major and community events, commercial contracts, and charitable initiatives.
