Every Friday morning from 09:30 - 11:00 we hold a virtual drop-in session through Zoom where you can speak with a member of the Enterprise team and learn more about the opportunities available to you.

Researcher to Innovator (R2I) Bootcamp
A bespoke programme designed and delivered by well-respected experts in research and innovation for Researchers who have an interest in creating impact through commercialisation.
The R2I Bootcamp runs twice per year and includes a series of interactive and informative, personal and professional development sessions, to introduce the researcher to the concept of commercialisation, equipping them with strategies to take ideas forward as well as discovering new pathways to funding.

ARC Accelerator
Apply to participate in this comprehensive entrepreneurial skills training programme designed for social science researchers employed by the University of Manchester. Launching in January 2021, this first-of-its-kind opportunity will help turn your bright idea into a business or venture to help people, society, the environment, or the economy.
Enterprise School
Taking place in July each year, this is a fantastic opportunity for students interested in enterprise and entrepreneurship who want to develop their knowledge and skills in this area and direct their start-up thinking.

Innovation and Commercialisation of Research (ICR)
The project-based programme includes taught sessions and individual tutorials, preparing students to deliver a 5-minute pitch of their identified commercial opportunity.
