Our coaches

Our executive coaches are all experienced professionals, accredited by globally recognised coaching bodies.

They bring lived experience from leadership, corporate, and consulting roles, and understand the challenges leaders face today.

Our approach is person-first, we coach the individual, not the job title. All coaching is confidential and delivered with empathy, professionalism, and purpose.

Lucy Daly

Coaching gave me the clarity and confidence to tackle challenges head-on, make better decisions, and step into my role as a leader with impact.

FAQs

What if I don't feel comfortable with my chosen coach?

You'll have a chemistry call before coaching begins. If it's not the right fit, you can switch coaches once and arrange a new chemistry call.

What if I can't make a session I've booked?

You can reschedule one session if you give at least 48 hours' notice. Further changes are at your coach's discretion.

What if I need to cancel a session?

If you cancel with at least 48 hours notice, there's no charge. Late cancellations may incur a fee unless your coach agrees otherwise.

Is coaching confidential?

Yes. What you discuss stays between you and your coach, unless there's a risk of harm or legal issue. Your employer won't be informed without your consent.

Can I continue my coaching after the 3 sessions?

Yes, you can continue coaching beyond the initial three sessions. Just contact the team to book more, or submit another booking form.

How long do I have to complete my coaching sessions?

To get the greatest benefit from coaching, we recommend booking your first session within six months of completing your course.

After that, aim to schedule your three sessions roughly one month apart to maintain momentum and maximise impact.
