Cary Cooper – enhancing mental resilience – 10 Dec – book now


Professor Sir Cary Cooper will be speaking about enhancing mental capital and well-being in the workplace, at our 50th anniversary lecture on Thursday 10 December.

Recently named as HR Magazine’s most influential thinker, Cary will share his insights into mental resilience and productivity, an area that he is well-known for pioneering.

Regarded as one of the world’s leading authorities on health and well-being in the workplace, Cary recently returned to Alliance Manchester Business School as our 50th Anniversary Professor of Organizational Psychology and Health.

Cary said: “It is important that my research makes a difference to policy and practice, particularly in creating healthier workplaces and encouraging better work-life balance.”
