2015 Excellence Research Launch Event – Register now

On behalf of the British Quality Foundation (BQF), Jamie Burton, Senior Lecturer in Marketing, has conducted an extensive research project into contemporary business excellence practices.

The in-depth research has been conducted with representatives from four organisations, Northumbrian Water, Wherry Housing Association, Interserve Construction and JPCS, to determine how they are achieving excellent business practice around the following themes:

  • Leading with Vision, Inspiration and Integrity
  • Adding Value for Customers
  • Succeeding Through the Talent of People
  • Managing Processes with Agility

The resulting report, with volumes published throughout 2015, gives essential insights into approaches that can help organisations to excel.

Join us at the launch event in London on Tuesday 12 May to find out more about the implications of this research for UK and global business.
